Hello and welcome to my web site

I have tried to take on-board the feedback since the launch of my first web site in August 1999 and hope that this new site comes at least part of the way to meet your comments.

I have included many more photographs which I hope will make some things easier to understand. Most pages have links to photographs but in order to speed up the download time of the main site, you need to click on a link to see them.

If there is anything you wish to ask about the rules then use the link above to e.mail me. What I will not discuss, however, are incidents which occur to myself or any other Referee in any particular match. I am prohibited from doing so. All I say in this respect is that the rule book clearly states that the Referee shall be the sole judge of fair and unfair play.
